I LOVE Pinterest and I love my crock pot! Especially now when I work so much! Just because I work from home doesn’t mean that I have time to cook! And my hubby likes dinner as soon as he walks in the door! So when I found this recipe I had to try it, especially since pork chops and russet potatoes are both at great prices this week!
This was pinned from Creations by Kara. I change a few things so the recipe is my take on it!
Here’s my take.
Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops
6-8 Bone-In Assorted Pork Chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 envelope of Ranch Dressing Mix
Place chops in crock pot. Top with ranch dressing mix and the soup. That’s it! Throw in the chops, the soup and the ranch dressing mix and then walk away! Cook on low for about 6 hours or until chops are cooked through! Every hour or so rearrange the chops so the soup and the mix gets on all of them. This was so easy! My chops were even frozen when I put them in. If yours are frozen it will take around 8 hrs on low. These would also be great on rice!
“It don’t get much better than this!” Those were my hubby’s words when he tasted them!
